On October 23, 2021, Blagoja Donchev, the longtime President of the Board of Directors and General Director of ADING, passed away. The company, above all, lost a man, a parent and one of the greatest visionaries in its history.

His leadership, high work ethics and the values ​​he has embedded in the foundation of the company, today are an integral part of the company’s code. He was an energetic person, a teacher and an roll model for many generations of professionals behind him, selflessly sharing technical knowledge in the field, business experiences and skills. Through his motto that "ADING is and will be an ingredient of every structure", he built and laid a solid foundation for the future, something which he proudly considered to be one of his greatest successes.

Additionally, his grandeur and significant role in the Macedonian economy is illustrated through his personal example and commitment as he managed to convey his enthusiasm much broader, always emphasizing that other Macedonian companies can and must create brands that will go beyond our borders.

His professional beginnings were in ADING and since 1980 he went through all the steps of the company, finally reaching the top in 2006. He passed away in his fourth consecutive term, which records the best results of his work so far.

He was born in Veljusa, Strumica, R. Macedonia in 1951, and graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the ‘St. Cyril and Methodius University’ in Skopje. He has won a number of awards and recognitions in the fields of business, management and socially responsible practices in the country and abroad, the last of which is the Grand Prix of Central and Southeast Europe "Creators of the Century" for lifetime achievement in the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Macedonia in 2019.

The funeral will be performed within the immediate family.
